Return, Refund & Delivery Policy

In order to process a refund or cancel a service, please contact us at ashishgupta541712@gmail.com for authorization.

We accept cancellations only under specific conditions. Since we offer digital services, returns are not applicable. However, we aim to ensure complete client satisfaction and will consider refund requests in line with our service policy.

Service Cancellation & Refund

We offer partial refunds or service cancellation only on projects that have not yet been started. Once the initial work or setup has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of your order confirmation. If the project has not been initiated, we will process your cancellation and provide a refund.

If eligible, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Invalid Reasons for Refund

  • Change of mind after the project has been started.
  • Service dissatisfaction after full project delivery where no prior issue was raised.
  • Delay in project due to incomplete information from the client.
  • Technical limitations on the client’s end (e.g., hosting issues not managed by us).

Once the scope of work is confirmed and the service has started, a legally binding agreement is assumed between both parties.

Modifications / Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, you can request up to 2 revisions free of cost. Beyond that, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Policy

At Digi Marketing India, we provide all services digitally. Upon successful order confirmation, clients will receive an email with an estimated delivery schedule based on the type of service booked.

  • Digital services such as website design, SEO, or social media promotions are generally delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the scope of the project.
  • We update clients regularly through email or WhatsApp during the project execution.
  • In case of unforeseen delays due to technical issues or client-side information gaps, we will notify you promptly.
  • Final deliverables will be shared via email or cloud storage (like Google Drive) as agreed.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure accurate contact details and respond promptly to avoid delays.
